Current Opportunities

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

  • Senior Therapist, EMDR, CBT

These are hybrid roles based in Essex, with the flexibility to work both in-person and remotely.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapy to clients of varying ages and presenting issues

  • Conduct assessments and develop personalised treatment plans

  • Maintain accurate, confidential records of client sessions and progress

  • Create a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment

  • Collaborate with other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary approach


What We’re Looking For

  • Level 4 (or higher) qualification in Counselling or Psychology

  • Accreditation or working towards accreditation with a recognised professional body

  • Experience working with adults, children, or couples (depending on the role)

  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and attachment theory

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills

  • Experience with adoption-related issues is desirable (for Child and Adolescent role)
