Chris began his career in Nursing, spending time in sexual health and then psychology. He went on to become an Accredited (BABCP) Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Accredited EMDR Practitioner & CBT Supervisor.
Chris has been working in mental health for 17 years and in psychological services for 10 years. Chris trained at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience at Kings College London, the Anna Freud Centre and the University of Essex. Chris currently works as a clinical lead in a busy London NHS psychology service and is a lecturer at the University Of Hertfordshire on their CBT Masters course.
