Therapy sessions are 50, 60 and 90 minutes depending on the type of therapy required.
Intensive EMDR Sessions are available (1 and 1/2 hrs – 3 and 1/2 hrs)
EMDR Therapy is 60-90 minutes charged pro rata of the hourly rate
Children 40 – 50 minutes (depending on age of child and child)
Please allow 1 hour for assessments.
Weekly, fortnightly and monthly sessions are available
Opening times 8.00am – 8.00 pm
Open Daily Monday – Saturday
All clients must pre-pay for any sessions they book.
We always operate a strict 24 hour (1 working day) cancellation notice period and will charge IN FULL for any pre-booked sessions within this time.
Therapy Sessions are available in person (subject to a Covid19 consent form being signed) online and via telephone.
If you are struggling financially we can offer a maximum of 6 x sessions at a reduced cost (limited availability) please call to enquire. If no reduced sessions are available a waiting list is available.
